Graduate Proctorship Program

ND Century Code 43-06-02(3) allows for the graduate Proctorship program.  A graduate of any approved and accredited college of chiropractic who has for the first time made application for license by examination to practice chiropractic in the state of North Dakota, and who, under the supervision of a North Dakota licensed chiropractor, performs the duties of an intern, provided that a supervising chiropractor has certified to the board that the graduate is of good character and competent chiropractic ability.  The authorization granted by the board terminates within fifteen months from the date issued by the board.

The graduate Proctorship program is designed for the graduate that does not meet all of the requirements of the license application.  This allows the graduate to intern while completing those requirements.  A graduate that is able to apply for licensure is not eligible for the Proctorship program.

Please download and complete the Proctorship Application and mail to the ND Board of Chiropractic Examiners for their approval.

You will be required to submit a ND Application for Chiropractic Licensure as a requirement of the proctorship application.  The application can be found on this website under Chiropractors - Application.
