Annual Requirement
The link below (blue box) will direct you to a spreadsheet that reflects the annual continuing education hours recorded for each active chiropractic license holder.
- The sheet is sorted by the license numbers (in the left column).
- There are numerous columns across the spreadsheet to distinguish what type or where the hours were completed. The definitions for these columns are:
- NDCA Fall: Hours from the ND Chiropractic Association annual Fall Seminar (held in September);
- NDCA Winter: Hours from the ND Chiropractic Association annual Mid-Winter Seminar (held in January);
- NDCA Convention: Hours from the ND Chiropractic Association annual Convention Seminar (held in April);
- NWHSU: All hours completed via Northwestern Health Sciences University;
- Live: Any hours completed in a classroom/face-to-face seminar setting;
- Online: Any hours completed in an online/distance learning setting;
- Boundary: Professional Boundary Hours completed during the current renewal cycle (see link below for entire 3-year cycle);
- Acupuncture: Acupuncture or Acupuncture-related seminars (only required for those licensees certified in acupuncture with the Board);
- Dry Needling: Dry Needling or Dry Needling-related seminars (only required for those licensees certified in dry needling with the Board);
- Total: Grand total for the current Annual Renewal Cycle: 20 total hours required annually.
This spreadsheet is updated in real time with the Board's continuing education records.

Professional Boundary Hour Requirement - Current Cycle Due 09/01/2027
The link below (blue box) will direct you to a PDF spreadsheet that reflects the current 3-year cycle for the Professional Boundary Hours requirement.
- The sheet is sorted by the license numbers (in the left column).
- There are three columns across the spreadsheet to distinguish each of the renewal cycles included in the current 3-year cycle for Professional Boundary Hours.
- All license holders are required to complete a total of 3 (three) Professional Boundary Hours every 3 (three) years.
