Meeting Schedule & Calendar
North Dakota Century Code 43-06-05 requires the board to hold regular meetings twice yearly.
- All meetings are subject to the ND Open Meetings Law.
Meeting notices and agendas are posted in two locations, as required by ND Century Code §44-04:

Regular Meetings
The regular meeting schedule is approved annually at the board's meeting in January. The notices will be posted as soon as available. The proposed agendas for regular meetings are posted when finalized. This generally occurs seven (7) days in advance of the meeting, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting.
Special Meetings
The Board may call a special meetings when needed. The notices and agendas are posted as soon as the special meeting has been set. In general, this occurs twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the meeting.
